Before you buy

The fourteen-day trial includes every feature, with no card required. Try it on a copy of your own model before deciding whether to buy.

How it works

• Email me from the address your licence was issued to.
• Include the payment date and reference so I can match the PayNow transfer to your order.
• I will arrange the refund with you by email and return it by PayNow or bank transfer to the original payer, after confirming the recipient details.
• Once refunded, your right to use the paid licence ends. Please stop using it and delete all copies of the licence file. Frank works offline, so the file is not remotely disabled.

After thirty days

Licences are annual and I don’t normally refund part-used years. If Frank stops working on your setup and I cannot fix it, email me to discuss the options.

Renewals

There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise payment to refund. A licence simply expires unless you choose to renew it.
